The MetSuperCap project consortium gathered at RISE in Borås, Sweden, on 23–24 June for its annual project meeting. The meeting brought together representatives from VSL, CRF, UNIGE, and, in person, colleagues from CMI, LNE, RISE, Keysight, Novac, Pleione Energy, Politecnico di Torino, University of Twente, as well as our collaborator Würth Elektronik.
The two-day meeting was highly productive, providing an excellent opportunity to review the project’s progress two years after its launch and to define the work plan for the final year, which has now begun. It was particularly rewarding to see the growing impact of the consortium’s work, with the public MetSuperCap database reaching more than 30,000 downloads. Other major activities, including the Round Robin involving several project partners, are also progressing according to plan, while exciting results are emerging both from the individual research activities of the partners and from their collaborative work.
The visit to RISE’s laboratories and research facilities was another highlight of the meeting, showcasing several truly unique and world-class infrastructures.
A special thank you goes to our colleagues at RISE, and especially to Lars Fast and Tobias Bergsten, as well as everyone who contributed to the excellent organization and success of this very fruitful meeting.
